SHIPPING TIME
Our current order processing time is 7-10 days.
For international, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive while 1-3 days for domestic.


SHIPPING OPTIONS
We ship via Phlpost for international mails, registered and tracked.


REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept refunds or exchanges, all sales are final. However, if there is something wrong with your order, please send us an email.

RESENDING OF MAILS
We only resend orders due to valid reasons such as returned mail because of the ff. reasons:
• Unclaimed
• Given address can't be found
•. Incomplete address
• The receiver moved to a new address
However, you have to pay for another shipping in order for me to re-send it.


Before placing your orders, always make sure your shipping details are complete and correct!
We are not responsible for loss/misplaced mails after we ship them.
